Magma Drugmart Pvt Ltd was incorporated on November 30, 2010 as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956.
We are a fast growing Indian pharmaceutical company engaged in developing, manufacturing, outsourcing and marketing a broad range of pharmaceutical products nationally.
Company was lead by Mr.Rohit Pathak, who is a techno-commercial professional with experience of more than 19 years in Pharma and Medicine Field, with vast exposure of Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Validation Procedures, Marketing and Sales. He has worked with some of the Multinationals like Zydus Cadila (Cadila Healthcare), Wockhardt Ltd and Ind-Swift Ltd with remarkable professional career.
Our core strength lies in developing and marketing differentiated pharmaceutical products, which we commercialize through our marketing infrastructure across geographies and relationships with various pharmaceutical companies.
We established ourselves as good fast growing will company in the market in a short span of time. We believe that our competitive advantage in the domestic market lies in our presence in all major therapeutic areas including cardiology, pain and analgesics, gynecology, pediatric, anti-infective, and vitamins, minerals and nutrients products, Veterinary Products & diabetes therapeutic areas. We are running our branded generic division in north India. We have also recently entered the PCD/Franchise business with all over India Supply.
Overview of Manufacturing Facility :
With the huge support of our clientele we started our Oral Liquids and Protein Powders manufacturing facility at Baddi (Himachal Pradesh) in the name of Neil Pharmaceuticals.
All the facilities are State-of-Art and have ISO 9001:2008 certified and GMP Compliance layout, construction & Machinery.
We have all GMP compliance Machinery and Separate Man-Material Movement Layouts.
Company is running in two shifts on regular basis and we still have spare capacity to cater any other needs.
Diksha Ayurveda (Herbal Division):
In year 2016, in view of the huge demand of Herbal / Ayurvedic preparations in market, we commissioned Diksha Ayurveda at Kalka (Haryana).
Diksha Ayurveda is again a State of Art Facility located in Industrial Area of Kalka. We have four sections in this manufacturing facility comprising of Capsules, Syrups, Oils (Tel) and Powders (Churan).
Overview of Generic Sales :
On the basis of monthly or bimonthly requirement, products are sorted for Order. More than one vendor/manufacturer are kept for one product, on the basis of rates, quality and manufacturing period. Depending on the type of product, rate request query is sent to all the existing and freshly added vendors. Based on the rates and the timeline, Purchase Orders are sent to respective parties.
Once the orders are placed the artworks (designs) along with the legal requirements are finalized based on the specifications of product like pack size, pack style, colour of product, shape and size of product, which is then further sent for printing. The product is manufactured and packed in the approved packaging material.
The goods is then dispatched to our various godowns based on the requirement.
In branded generics, we target various stockists at each location, Sales Reprentatives approach well known and reliable customers in each area. Upon agreement on product rates, blank security cheques are collected in the name of company and payment terms are finalized.
Goods are dispatched to various parties after receipt of Security cheque and other required legal documents.
After goods are received by the party, advance PDCs are collected and submitted to head office. Limit is set for all the parties for billing cycle which is been reviewed and revised every quarter based on the performance of the Party.
A legal consultancy is also hired for recovery or other disputes, if any.
Overview of PCD/Franchise Sales :
We have launched PCD/Franchise all over India recently, various advertisements in social media, pharma news paper and pharma magazines are published to facilitate the working.
We target the young and fresh entrepreneurs to associate with us as business partners, who are interested in starting their own business but are unable to do so because of involvement of high investments at initial level but parallely have good coverage and control in their respective local area for sale and recovery.
We offer various range of products with technical support like training on those products, visual aids, bags, visiting cards, leave behinds, promotional gifts to promote them. They are bounded within a defined territory for sales, which is monopolized and also agreed on minimum annual sales depending upon the potential of the territory.
The payment is often advance.
Overview of Third Party Sales :
Being technically and commercially into the field of Pharma Manufacturing, we also provide services to various parties all over India for their Third Party manufacturing needs.
Upon agreement on rates and product specifications, proper documentation is done for the order like PO, legal affidavits for brand names of products and whereabouts of Party.
Based on collective orders from various parties, the orders are accepted on the basis of quantity of product, capacity of vendor and the delivery schedule.
After manufacturing, Product is received at our godown and checked for basic aspects of quality and packing and then dispatched to various parties after receipt of payment.
Payments are always advance.
In future we aim to enter the micro interiors and dense the existing business in branded generics.
We also aim to enter the unrepresented areas in PCD/Franchise business with more focus on Technical and Supportive Service.
We also look forward to grow the Third party business on a large scale including Syrups, capsules, Protein Powders, Sachet, lotion, Cream and other cometics.
